I’ve spent over $10,000 here and don’t regret it a single bit. The quality of work speaks for itself, they work on high end cars over $200,000, so you know you’re trusting the right people. Every visit has been smooth, and they’ve always made sure I was updated on the process. James and David at reception are genuinely two of the most helpful and easygoing people you’ll deal with. Always clear with communication, upfront, and happy to answer questions without any hesitation. It’s rare to find a workshop that’s this reliable, this skilled, and this chill to deal with. I cannot praise Alex and Heath enough for their professionalism, knowledge and expertise. I took my Mercedes to them after being mucked around and not being able to have a warning light diagnosed. They did it within 15 minutes and were able to explain it clearly without 'man-splaining' it. As a result I booked a full service which was thorough, didn't take all day nor did it cost the earth. In today's world you seldom come across such authentic and honest guys in this industry who so obviously care about what they do.
