I do not normally write reviews, thus no full name, but figured since I relied on them, I should return the favour. I found EuroTech via google reviews and I can confirm their high average rating is accurate. I have a reasonably new Audi and wanted an alternative to a dealership service but with the same, or higher, quality of work while being honest and fair on pricing. As expected, I was hesitant to trust anyone touching my pride and joy, but I would have no fears handing my car back to EuroTech. The quote/work carried out was itemised with fair pricing, you get to speak to the actual technicians, a detailed inspection results was given, and my car was well looked after. An added bonus, it is only a short walk to the train station, in which they did offer a pick-up from the station in the future. ~ Craig
After buying my first BMW secondhand, the warning light came on a couple of days after purchase. I had no idea how to check anything. The wholesaler suggested I take it to Alex and the team who ran through the car, fixed the issue and Alex even ran through how to look at the various warning signs simple enough for me (with no car knowledge) to understand. This was all done and completed within 30 minutes while I waited on their comfy couch. Their knowledge, customer service (the mechanic even came in to say hello and reassure me everything was ok) and professionalism is second to none. Pricing is great. The shop is new, fresh and clean and I won't even bother looking elsewhere for someone to look after my car. They're great all round. ~ Annette I
