I’ve spent over $10,000 here and don’t regret it a single bit. The quality of work speaks for itself, they work on high end cars over $200,000, so you know you’re trusting the right people. Every visit has been smooth, and they’ve always made sure I was updated on the process. James and David at reception are genuinely two of the most helpful and easygoing people you’ll deal with. Always clear with communication, upfront, and happy to answer questions without any hesitation. It’s rare to find a workshop that’s this reliable, this skilled, and this chill to deal with. Even cleaned my car after every visit!!! True legends they are especially David. If you want proper work done by people who care about cars and know what they’re doing, this is the place. I cannot praise Alex and Heath enough for their professionalism, knowledge and expertise. I took my Mercedes to them after being mucked around and not being able to have a warning light diagnosed. They did it within 15 minutes and were able to explain it clearly without 'man-splaining' it. As a result I booked a full service which was thorough, didn't take all day nor did it cost the earth. In today's world you seldom come across such authentic and honest guys in this industry who so obviously care about what they do. I would highly recommend Eurotech to anyone, especially women who are always oversold and made to feel like they don't know one end of a car from the other. They go above and beyond ! ~ Ruth F

After buying my first BMW secondhand, the warning light came on a couple of days after purchase. I had no idea how to check anything. The wholesaler suggested I take it to Alex and the team who ran through the car, fixed the issue and Alex even ran through how to look at the various warning signs simple enough for me (with no car knowledge) to understand. This was all done and completed within 30 minutes while I waited on their comfy couch. Their knowledge, customer service (the mechanic even came in to say hello and reassure me everything was ok) and professionalism is second to none. Pricing is great. The shop is new, fresh and clean and I won't even bother looking elsewhere for someone to look after my car. They're great all round. ~ Annette I

I do not normally write reviews, thus no full name, but figured since I relied on them, I should return the favour. I found EuroTech via google reviews and I can confirm their high average rating is accurate. I have a reasonably new Audi and wanted an alternative to a dealership service but with the same, or higher, quality of work while being honest and fair on pricing. As expected, I was hesitant to trust anyone touching my pride and joy, but I would have no fears handing my car back to EuroTech. The quote/work carried out was itemised with fair pricing, you get to speak to the actual technicians, a detailed inspection results was given, and my car was well looked after. An added bonus, it is only a short walk to the train station, in which they did offer a pick-up from the station in the future. ~ Craig

Honest and friendly! After losing my regular mechanic to the mines, I had been to a couple of different mechanics around Perth to try and diagnose an ongoing problem with my Porsche with no success. I phoned the guys at Eurotech and not only did they see me the same day, the head mechanic spent a good hour with me not only diagnosing the issue, but playing around with various sensors etc trying to find a simple fix to the issue. Unfortunately it was not something they could fix on the day, so I asked for a quote and for an invoice for the time they spent diagnosing the issue. They not only gave me a very reasonable quote, but they did not charge for the time that they spent with me. I'll be a regular with these guys from now on! ~ Byron O

We just updated to a demo 2023 VW Tiguan 132 Allspace after 13 years in a 2012 VW Tiguan 103 TDI from new. In detailing the older still sturdy Tiguan, we found we were missing 2 of the 3 clips central to holding the hood lining in place. Googling the same from our home in Bayswater WA, the relatively new Euro Tech Auto Haus in the new Bayswater Industrial complex at 24 Radius Loop came up. So we payed a visit. An exceptionally pleasant young man on reception very quickly said let me have a look. His consultation with a workshop technician was very productive with him returning with the 2 clips we needed. As a very busy vehicle service business, we were amazed at their courtesy and willingness to help us. We’re pleased to report the Tiguan bonnet now is in like new working order, thanks to the fine Team at Euro Tech Auto Haus. Highly recommended folks. ~ Graham M

Had my first European car service done here and I am amazed on the result. Since I am new to a European car, the feeling of driving one is what I thought to be the top of the top. However, after servicing with these guys, my car drives even better! Also had an intermittent electrical fault with my rear lights due to a thin 5 Amps earthing cable from the factory that Heath diagnosed and replaced all the bulbs (for free) with some extra work of soldering a higher 15 Amps earthing cable to prevent this from happening in the future. Service was done in a clean large workshop that did not take all day whilst also charging a fraction of what dealers would. Could not recommend this place enough for the amazing service and their friendliness. Customer service goes a long way. Looking forward to sticking with these guys as my permanent workshop/service specialist for my future servicing. ~ Ananda T

It's the first time that I've used Eurotech Autohaus. Spoke to Dave about the issue that I had with my BMW. Explained the issue to him in detail and he arranged one of their mechanics to go for a drive with me so he could get a good understanding of the issue. On return to their workshop the mechanic diagnosed the issue with in a short time frame and fixed the issue. It was good to see that there is still people in the industry that still go above and beyond. Thanks for your service today Dave and the mechanic that diagnosed the issue. I write to compliment and recommend the entire crew at Eurotech Autohaus in Bayswater. I had all 4 disc rotors and pads replaced on my (1st euro car for me) 2010 VW CC yesterday in excellent time, at an excellent price, and with excellent service. I learnt a LOT of information from David and the crew and it was a really comfortable and pleasant experience. I had Eurotech have a look at my Mk5 Golf for a shudder, I took the car in on a Friday and by Tuesday the issue had been found and a quote for repairs provided a little extra digging and a few minor issues were also found and again completely transparent with pricing and the issue at hand, I dealt with James and the customer service and overall experience he provided has been absolutely outstanding. Fair and transparent pricing and the loveliest bunch of guys. I was informed every step of the way and James never had an issue with me asking questions and was genuinely invested in the best outcome for me and my car, not a very common finding with mechanics being a female but I must commend Eurotech for their professional and genuine approach in assisting me. I could not recommend Eurotech any higher, they have been absolutely incredible and for the future will definitely now be my go to!! I turned up unannounced with my Mum’s Mercedes and a very minor request to exchange the battery in an electronic key. (She has a good service centre, but this place was convenient because I was running an errand nearby.) I was treated with utmost courtesy and welcoming friendliness. A technician patiently showed me how to dismantle the key and replace the batteries. If we needed a European car service centre in the Bayswater area, this would definitely be a top candidate. ~ Steve L

Wow , what fantastic service and a bunch of guys that have a deep understanding of European prestige cars ! The knowledge they have of Mercedes products is much better than the actual dealer . Their pricing is so good and you get tradesmen not assistants doing the work on our E53 AMG . Really thought the front desk was super communicative we especially James . Having taken my land rover to a dealer before I was surprised by how well the car was serviced, and received a report of all potential problems, this time I had a problem with the water pump having to be replaced, this was fixed as well as the fixing an electronic problem which the dealer could not fix, all at for a reasonable price, can not recommend Alex and his team more, will be bringing by car back ~ Charles W

Probably the best service I’ve ever had. The customer service was amazing - everything was clearly written out, with photos provided and explained to me in detail at pickup. They even went a step further and offered advice on the order I should tackle the repairs, which was super helpful. Genuinely impressed! Visited on the weekend to pick up some coolant for my BMW. The Manager (sorry, forgot his name) went over and beyond helping me and suggested i bring in my car to check for a coolant leak. I brought it back later that day and he diagnosed and fixed the leak within 5 mins and at no charge. Thats customer service. I’ve been taking my Audi and VW Touareg to Eurotech for a while now, and the team always does an awesome job. They give solid advice without trying to upsell, and my cars always get the best care. Excellent service from Alex and Heath. Had to pop in and pay for a battery replacement for my partners car and needed a couple of things checked out on my car and they were happy to assist and help out with trying to fix the issues. Unfortunately I'm bound to the dealer I got the car from for servicing otherwise I'd be taking my car here and will when I don't need to go to the dealer. ~ Piers P

Awesome people down at Eurotech, quoted $3k by Volkswagen to replace all my shockies and strongly recommended that I do it, got a second opinion at Eurotech and they physically took me under the car and showed me that there was nothing wrong with the shockies except that 1 had a tiny leak. Recommended that I do not replace them. Amazing experience. ~ Alex P

They squeezed me in the same day to fix a few mistakes another mechanic left on my i30N, and even spotted a piping issue I didn’t even consider until I saw the damage it was slowly doing. Boys always ready to help doesnt matter if you are booked in or come in unanounced. Always there to help get the best out of what ever it is you need, and you have a genuine feeling that you wont be ripped off.
